Design Development

Prototyping
Samples are produced to evaluate structure, fit, balance, finish, and overall quality. Adjustments are made to refine proportions, hinges, lens fit, weight distribution, and detailing. This stage may involve multiple rounds until final approval is achieved. No production begins without full alignment and sign-off.

Production
Manufacturing is executed in Italy or China depending on the brand positioning, pricing strategy, and margin requirements. We coordinate directly with trusted factory partners to manage timelines, material sourcing, and production flow. Clear communication ensures transparency throughout the manufacturing process.

Quality Control
Quality is verified at multiple stages of production. We oversee inspections to confirm finishing standards, material consistency, logo application, and compliance with technical specifications.
